WHAT ARE THE CANCELLATION POLICIES?

5 business days or more prior to rental date - All payments refunded less 10% administration fee.

Less than 5 business days prior to rental date - Refunded fifty percent (50%) of the total rental fee.

Less than 48 hours - No refunds.

Cancellation policies are subject to change without notice. Please check your contract for the most accurate terms.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

For the comfort, safety, and cleanliness of the studio for all of our clients, pets are not allowed in the studio under any circumstances and we do not provide rentals for pet sessions in our studio space.

Please note: Registered service animals are exempt from this policy and welcome to the studio just let us know before your rental date!

WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE MY BOOKING?

Reschedules must be done 5 business days or more prior to the day of the rental and are subject to a $40.00 rescheduling fee.

WHAT IF I NEED MORE TIME?

Just text us at 343-888-8897 to let us know that you need more time! If the studio is available, we will do our best to accommodate your request and send you a bill for the additional time.

CAN I COME TO SEE THE SPACE BEFOREHAND?

Yes! We are available for on-site visits any day of the week between the hours of 9 am - 5 pm. Studio tours are available by appointment only. Please contact us at 343-888-8897 or by email at rent@mdrnstudio.space to book a viewing.

CAN I HOST A PARTY AT THE STUDIO?

Our studio is a photography space only and we don’t provide rentals for events.

CAN THE FURNITURE BE MOVED?

Yes! The furniture can be moved. Please make sure to replace it to where you found it by the end of your rental. The only thing that may not be moved is the fireplace.

CAN I HANG THINGS ON THE WALL?

Hanging things on the wall is discouraged. If you MUST hang something on the wall, you may do so with with 3M tape. Please make sure to remove the 3M tape or hooks carefully, because if not done correctly, they will damage the walls. You can not drill holes in our walls.

CAN I HANG THINGS FROM THE CEILING?

No. You can not hang anything from the ceiling or pipes above.
